We keep a few small items in your browser's storage so pages load faster and a deposit can finish after you return from the payment page.

1. What cookies and browser storage are

A cookie is a small file a website stores in your browser. Browser storage ("local storage") works the same way but is never sent to our servers. Both are used only on this site — "first party". This policy covers the Tufdog website and web app, and is part of our Privacy Policy.

2. Cookies we set

Both are strictly necessary: the Service cannot work securely without them, so the law does not require your consent for them.

3. Browser storage we use

These items contain no personal information. They make the Service faster or let a step finish; clearing them is harmless.

4. Sign in with Google or Apple, and the payment page

When you open sign-in, Google's sign-in button loads from Google. If you continue with Apple, Apple's sign-in loads from Apple. Google and Apple may set or read their own cookies under their own privacy policies; we do not control them and receive only the sign-in result.
A deposit takes you to a payment page operated by our platform provider. That page and its payment processor may use their own strictly necessary and fraud-prevention cookies, described on that page.

5. What we do not use

We do not use advertising cookies, analytics or measurement cookies, social-media pixels, or any cookie that tracks you across other websites. If that ever changes, we will update this policy and ask for your consent first where the law requires.

Because we do not track you, "Do Not Track" signals and Global Privacy Control have nothing further to switch off on Tufdog; we honour them all the same.

6. Your choices

You can block or delete cookies and browser storage in your browser's settings. If you block our cookies, you will not be able to sign in or trade. Deleting the browser-storage items only means the next page load is a little slower.
