Em resumo

  • We want everyone to be able to use Tufdog, and we design to WCAG 2.2 level AA.
  • Tell us about anything that gets in your way and we will help and fix it.

Este resumo é apenas para conveniência. O texto completo abaixo é o que se aplica.

1. Our commitment

We aim for the Tufdog website and web app to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.

Conformance: the Service has not yet been formally assessed against WCAG 2.2. We test with automated tools and by hand as we build. We will publish the date and result of a formal assessment here once one has been carried out.

2. What we have built in

  • A visible focus ring on everything you can reach with the keyboard.
  • Touch targets at least 44 by 44 pixels on phones.
  • Text colours chosen for a contrast of at least 4.5:1 against their background.
  • Labels on buttons and controls for screen readers, and dialogs that keep keyboard focus inside them and close with Escape.
  • Animations switched off when your device asks for reduced motion.
  • Pages that can be zoomed and that work at phone width without sideways scrolling.
  • Legal pages that read without JavaScript and print cleanly.

3. Known limitations

  • Live prices and scores update often; screen readers may not announce every change.
  • Price charts are visual. The current price and chance are always shown as text next to them.
  • Sign in with Google and Sign in with Apple use those companies' own buttons and windows, whose accessibility we do not control.
  • The deposit payment page is operated by our platform provider.

4. Tell us about a barrier

Email support@tufdog.com with the page and what got in the way. We will reply, help you complete what you were trying to do, and plan a fix.
