Este resumen es solo orientativo. Lo que aplica es el texto completo de abajo.

1. Our commitment

We do not allow the Service to be used for money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud or sanctions evasion. This policy explains the controls that apply to members. It sits alongside our Terms and Privacy Policy.

Responsibility: this policy is owned by a designated AML compliance officer acting for Tufdog, who decides on reports to the competent authorities where the law requires one. Contact: legal@tufdog.com.

2. Knowing our members (KYC)

  • To open an account today you confirm your email (directly or through Google or Apple) and that you are 18 or older. We do not currently ask for identity documents.
  • We may require identity verification — your name, date of birth, address, an identity document and a selfie, and in some cases the source of your funds — before you deposit more, withdraw, or keep trading. We may ask you to verify your identity at any time, and we must do so before certain withdrawals or where the law requires it. We do not promise any amount or activity level below which we will not ask.
  • Verification may be carried out by a specialist provider on our behalf (see our Privacy Policy).
  • If you do not complete a check we ask for, or the result does not satisfy us, we may limit or close your account.

3. Sanctions and restricted places

  • You must not use the Service if you are a sanctioned person, are owned or controlled by one, or are located in a sanctioned or restricted place.
  • We block access from the Restricted Jurisdictions listed in our Terms using your network location, and close accounts we find are used from them or by their residents. The current list is: Afghanistan, Algeria, Angola, Australia, Belarus, Belgium, Bolivia, Bulgaria, Burkina Faso, Canada, Central African Republic, China, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Côte d'Ivoire, Cuba, Ethiopia, France, Haiti, Hungary, India, Iran, Iraq, Ireland, Italy, Kenya, Laos, Lebanon, Libya, Mali, Monaco, Mozambique, Myanmar, Namibia, New Zealand, Nicaragua, Niger, North Korea, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Singapore, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Switzerland, Syria, Taiwan, Thailand, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, Venezuela, Yemen and Zimbabwe.
  • Screening: deposits are screened by our platform provider's payment processor under its own sanctions controls. We may also check members' details against official sanctions lists (such as those published by the United Nations, the United States, the European Union and the United Kingdom) at any time, including when we verify your identity.

4. Deposits

  • You may only deposit with a card or wallet in your own name.
  • Deposits are processed by our platform provider's payment processor, which applies its own fraud and compliance checks.
  • We may hold or reverse a deposit we suspect is fraudulent, unauthorised or not yours.

5. Monitoring and reporting

We monitor accounts and trading for unusual activity — for example deposits that do not match how an account is used, trades that move money between accounts, or attempts to get round our location controls. If we have concerns we may ask you questions, hold funds, cancel orders, refuse a transaction, close your account, and report the activity to the authorities. The law may prevent us from telling you that we have made a report.

6. Record keeping

We keep the records the law requires about members, deposits and trades for 7 years after your account closes (or after the transaction, if later), or longer where the law requires.
